Toilet is The Hospital's toilet.
Description[]
Located in the Surgery Ward's bathroom, it looks like an ordinary white porcelain toilet - that is, until it's opened. Inside the bowl it has a fleshy face with a pair of yellow eyes, nostrils, a toothless maw and a long tongue. It presumably feeds on the user's waste. Fern also guesses that it licks the bathroom clean, explaining why the room is so sparkly clean.

- Its Mortasheen counterpart is Septacle.
- The toilet was, originally, meant to be an examination chair from an OB/GYN clinic, however, that was deemed too gross by Jonathan Wojcik, and was into its current form.
