Miss is a cashier at Burgrr Inc. She appears to originally be from the grey zone. She seems bored, antisocial, and open to doing anything but her job.
Description[]
A pale human girl around her early 20s. She wears a green work shirt and a Burgrr hat with the company's logo on it. Despite being a human in the Awful Hospital series, she doesn't glow one specific color, as Fern and Jay do. She has long red hair, freckles, and heavy eyes, showing that she's bored or disinterested in practically everything around her. She works at Burgrr with Stone Slab.
She had a bad childhood growing up with her horrible parents, who she dislikes the most. At 19 she moved away from her friends and family, and she seems to have a distaste for moms, particularly her own. As she puts it, she "wasn't like everybody else". She is actually trans, something that her mother was against. She wasn't sure what her new name would be and intended to take her mother's name just to spite her, but seeing no point in doing that considering her mother is probably a Slob now she opted to be called "Miss". She is more perceptive than a typical human since she is capable of branchinating and can perceive zone leaks and Slobs better than other grey zoners.
Back in the grey zone she used to work at a fast-food place but as she revealed, all fast-food restaurants except Wendy's are a part of Burgrr Inc. She started to see her workplace change and ended up serving weird food and got used to the newfound strangeness. And then the Slob apocalypse happened in the grey and she was one of the people able to see them. Now she no longer lives in her native zone and continues to make a living at Burgrr's. She is unusually calm about her weird situation and the fact that Earth's civilization got destroyed, as she realizes the pointlessness of everything out there, knowing that the end of her world is nothing compared to the rest of the range. She didn't have anyone back home to actually care about that much.
She met Fern when she came to get some bait for a dolphin and because she got on her good side she offered to give her products for free. It meant a lot for her to be called normal for once by another human being.

Trivia[]
- Even though she works there, she won't eat any food that Burgrr serves, and she's generous enough to even pay for food that Fern would need.
- Since she isn't part of the Hospital staff, she can perceive, talk of, and remember dolphins from her past experiences.
- Giving her red hair was a last minute decision.
- Her phone has a sticker on it with Squidward's face, a grumpy character from Spongebob Squarepants.
