Jimmy Carousel is an armless being that shows up wherever core shuffling takes place, being a minor nuisance. He has frog-like legs, green striped body, a frill around his neck and short hair. He was seen in the aftermath of a core-swapping procedure performed by Scissie and Scissane where his dead body was lying in a corner with a headshoot wound in his forehead.
