A worm made out of baby heads.
Description[]
Found in the depths of the underflesh, it's a worm whose body segments all look like baby heads, with the main head being slightly bigger than the others. Based on the fact that it only says the word "milk" we can assume that it is its favorite food. The worm can also exhale a sticky, sour fog of milk out of its many mouths.
